An old Titan Missile base for 1.5 million. The whole thing is underground, and the Domes are big enough to build a home in.

Then, since my parents are rich as fuck, sell our useless 60 acres of land in Pennsylvania for around the same price. I was just thinking of how awesome this thing would be for a real-life version of Team Fortress Two. Think about it: The ultimate level for Territory Control, split into the various domes and missile silos....

Y'know what? There's loads of rich people out there, who probably have more than 1.5 million to throw around. I can actually see someone buying this, just for the hell of it.

It could pay for itself; paintball would be awesome, I'm sure some movie company wouldn't mind renting it for something. Tours even! I don't know of any banks that would loan me quite that much, though.

I've also wanted to create a shared office/studio setup for some time... this would be the perfect place. Way cooler than the downtown offices and industrial buildings I keep seeing advertised.

Every single one of the old missile bases has been scrapped out. None of them have useable electrical or sewer systems etc. Most all of them have major water problems - either completely filled with water or giant heaps of rust. Ours is one of the rare ones, and the only useable TITAN that I know of that is DRY!

It's the only dry one for sale. He was saying that the OTHER old missile bases have severe water damage.

It's only 300,000 down and 7% interest payment over the next three years. If 1000 Explosmers donate 300 dollars, and then about 70 dollars a month for the next three years, we can do this! :-D

I'm fairly sure it's serious.

I'm also fairly sure that it will be used for business. There's plenty of space there (think, you can build underground and above ground) and the uniqueness would draw visitors (and potential customers).

It can always be turned into a tourist attraction - "Look at these caves" "Look at these old mines" so why not "Come look at what a 1950s missile base looked like"?

Safest place for terrorists to hide, in a underground military base right in the US.
