How about, the admins contact the owner(s) of the website, ask for it to be removed, then if the request isn't complied, either raid the forum, or go by other means.

Actually that's exactly what they're doing. If I show you a picture, you'd automatically think I drew it because you haven't got anything suggesting otherwise. They're taking credit for someone else's work, by not giving the real artist the credit.

I don't know, but I vaguely remember half of the spame raiding an inactive pregnancy forum with pictures of goatse and aborted babies.
