Favorite Videogame Series?

Im just wondering what is everyone's favorite videogame series? Im gonna pretty far back.

Why Spyro and Crash Bandicoot? Those games immediately turned to shit once Naughty Dog sold the intellectual properties to Universal. You should've left those two out and included better series like Zelda or Sonic.

Sonic turned shit after the damn Megadrive.
I've played 2 Final Fantasys, and they were pretty aweseome, but MetalGear Solid. It's just the best one, no contest.
Actually- Come to think of it I've only played 2 MetalGear Solids... Well Final Fantasy's barely a series.
I've only played two Grand Theft Autos aswell...

Tought decision, i went for Final Fantasy, the ending of FF8 cant be beaten! Metal Gear is savage aswell though, and who dosnt love Mario!?

Add Guitar Hero and Sonic. GH is my favourite, because it has a high replay factor for me.

I think it would be better to have created a thread where everyone lists their favorite game series, then we could make a poll and vote. I am going to close this thread and make a new one for just that purpose.
