I think when you get banned for upwards of like, 3 points or whatever and actually get the "you've been banned for [reason]" you should still be able to read the forum and PM, or at least defend your case. Like when I posted in the porn thread and got a weeklong infrac, I couldn't even log out.

I think we should at least be able to defend our bans if they're unjust.

But I do agree with Kevosk.. when I got banned, I couldn't even see the reason why until I got unbanned because the forums are closed off to you.

No, you can't do shit when you're banned. It just says that you have been suspended for the following reason in this huge box that fills the whole screen. And your ban lifting date.

There should be some way of fighting your bans, maybe only being able to PM mods while TO'd as not to defeat the whole purpose of a time out? I also liked the ban kamp forum we were able to post in before the reset.

Well, if I understand correctly, there's no way of protesting a ban without making an alt (which would get you banned again)?
If so, that is pretty dumb, we should at least be able to pm mods, if not have another ban kamp.

I never said it's the way it should be just that was how it is. I agree something should be done so that you can communicate, at least with the mods, when banned, just in case.

Oh man, isn't that weird? It's almost like being banned is a punishment, and part of that is not being able to view the forums. Well shucks! That's just unheard of!

As for the ban reason, are you saying it doesn't show up? If that's the case, then that's kinda weird, but I'm sure you can figure it out.
