View Full Version : More Controls For Quick Reply?
If I remember correctly, back before The Great Reset, quick reply had the option to do somethings, such as "Post Picture", Bold, Italics, and Underline.
Now, I know that its easy to do the last 3, but going advanced to post a picture or some other functions takes time away from posting capabilities.
Add shortcuts?

It only takes what, a couple of seconds to go advanced? I don't think there's much of a problem with taking a little more time to post.

It makes it a lot easier though, like if somebody has a slower internet connection. (though you could just type out the code, but that's kinda annoying)

The (image)code consists of 11 characters, other codes having less characters, it isn't that difficult.

Personally I do not see the need for it. It does not take much longer to go into the advanced reply if you need the code buttons. It is not like that extra two seconds used when going in to the advanced reply will make the world explode.

I'd like it back too. I can't see any reason to get rid of it.
The main reason I want it back was so I could quickly post images without having to open up advanced.
At times, my internet can lag up, and unless a code is made so that ctrl-whatever inserts image code, its gonna force me to go into Advanced every time.

Like jewboy said, just hold control and a key for what you want. Ctrl + i is italic, ctrl + b is bold, etc.
It's really very simple.

I don't know how long that feature was around, but when it was, I think I used it a bit.
