I have an idea of my own for an epic forum game (Think organization of werewolves).

Sign up to join. Don't sign up if you think that you will not be active, we don't need people not being there.

I will pick 5-10 suspects, 5-10 lawyers and 1 investigator. The rest will be the jury. There is a murderer and an accomplice hidden within the suspects. Only the murderer and the accomplice know who these are. One clue we be revealed each round to the jury, an extra clue will be sent to the investigator.

The jury has to decide who dies. They can only discuss the suspects in the thread. After all the extra clues have been revealed to the investigator, the jury will vote on the two people who die.

The lawyers are assigned 1 suspect. They do not know if their suspect is innocent or guilty, but they must defend them. They can PM and IM they're suspect outside of the forum. They will decide on a defence every round according to clues and why they didn't do the crime. Be creative.

The investigator will recieve an extra clue every round about the suspects. No one knows who the investigator is. They're considered party of the jury.

The murderer and accomplice can speak outside the forum and are the only ones who know who eachother are. They may choose to kill one jury member every round. They can end up killing the investigator.

RULES:

-The suspects and lawyers can't imply other suspects.
-Lawyers can't ask if their suspect is innocent.
-LAWYERS/SUSPECTS CAN'T LIE.

Ok no more people. I'm sorry for the wait, but due to uncontrollable circumstances, my computer was screwed up for awhile. I'll post a thread with the game later today.

Note: You can't pick whether you're a lawyer or a suspect or a jury member or the investigator. And if I pick you as the investigator don't say you are. The murderer and accomplice will kill you.

I have a small issue with the fact that lawyers can't lie. Isn't that what lawyers do? Lie to get their people off?

Hmm good point above, also they don't know if their suspect is a murderer or not, so by denying charges, they are lying. Also all you need to do is ask every person if they're the murder or accomplish, and the people who don't respond are them.
