I guess you got infracted because if people did start using Nigerian as the "n-word" in spam, everyone would know what everyone is meaning and the anti-racism rule would not really work.

I don't even feel like the issue is that people are being racist, if I had to be honest I'd wager there are very few to no actual racists here.. The problem is, everyone in spame thinks that it somehow makes them funny to skirt that line between appropriate and inappropriate. Somehow, if they find a way to bend the rules and still not break them, they're automatically as cool as Henry Winkler. Even now in spame, I've been reporting posts because people think that they can be sneaky and tricky, make some post that's obviously just there to see how far they can go, then bitch later about how "Oh this post wasn't racist, duh."

Rob is the only Admin who really mods the forums and I haven't seen Kwanza doing too much clean up lately.

I have not been banning for the littlest mention. Despite what you may think I don't give infractions for the heck of it. I gave Gryphon the infraction that I believed was fair for his offense. It was a single point.

If someone wants to dispute an infrac that I gave them, the Comment Dump would not be the wisest place to do it. I read every PM that I get, and have reversed two infractions as a result of them.
