Please comment on the uppermost three people, meaning that you ignore the computer/desk and the guy lying on the floor. And the lack of a background.
Whaddaya think? Give me tips and stuff.
I like em, the guy at the desk looks like he needs a break really really badly.

Great, the only thing that kinda bothers me is the girls nose.
I really like the computer/desk and the guy lying on the floor the most.
Now really, I like the character designs and very well drawn, only thing that bothers me tad is the girl's eyes.

I like them, except for some reason there's something about the guy lying down that bugs me.

Yeah... Something about the guy lying down bugs me too.
I think its the no shading on his jeans... I'm not sure though.
But still I think its pretty good!

Well, yeah, that's why I said to ignore him. He was the last one I drew and I got lazy with him.
Thanks for the comments, then.

They're good, but the girl looks kinda unnatural, mainly her right arm.

Sadly, his arm is in his hoodie pocket and not down his pants. Good guess though.
I'll fix up the girl a bit, then. These guys are going to be drawn over and over again, but will be copypasta'd a fair bit as well, so they need to look good.

They look like characters from Tomorrow's Nobodies. (I'm not saying you copied them or anything) It's a kind of style I've seen before. It looks interesting and kind of reminds me of Clerks. The dude who's standing up's hand is kind of funny looking, though.

The first thing I thought of was clerks.

Someone actually pitched this idea to me for what to draw, and I said "You mean... like, Clerks?"
And yeah, now that you mention it, they do remind me of Tomorrow's Nobodies.
That's quite nice. They kinda remind me of the Tomorrows Nobodies characters. Not like I've ever seen an episode of that, but still.
I like it.
EDIT: Oh. It was already said that they look like TN. Next time I'll read all the replies, and not the first 5.

They're really well done. The one thing is that the girls arms look different lengths and I'd work on her breasts a little bit.

I really like how the one guys arm is in his hoody pouch. Just looks cool.

They all look really good espcially the guy in the hoodie, but their shoes look really really big and square and out of proportion
I like all of them, exept the guy on the floor, which you told us to ignore.
There's something about the girl's boobs though, they look weird, more like a muscly chest.

Yea, they're pretty good. Enough detail to understand whats going on. And they remind of a few webcomics start. CtrlAltDel, Questionable Content etc. They got a little more detailed tho. SO yea, they're awesome.
Very nice. The characters are done very well and it has potential. As you continue to draw you should try various aspects of shading
I agree with BKS, huge potential but focus a little more on the shading perhaps.
When can we expect an actual comic featuring these characters?

In my opinion, the boobs should be about 5x larger for a more awesome effect.
The nose should be placed lower too. Other than that, great job on all the other 3 characters, hope to see some comics from you soon.

Making regular comics is going to be tough, because my equipment right now is limited... I first drew the characters on paper, took a photo of it with a digital camera, and then went over that in Flash. If I want to do "full-scale production", I'm going to need either a graphics tablet or a scanner. I might order a tablet from eBay, as a matter of fact.
Anyhoo, I'm busy with work and all, so I'll probably start with one comic per week and take it from there. This gives me a good amount of time to polish each one, and also to think of the next week's joke. =/
I have trouble thinking up decent jokes, especially satirical ones like those other webcomics that were mentioned. If I really can't think of enough, I'll probably throw in an actual story to make up for it. First comic to be expected this weekend, maybe.

I can see this going somewhere, you've got a good idea of proportions without losing the cartoony look (over-sized feet, garish features). The main thing I think you need to work on is poses - most of them look like figurines made of rubber, awkwardly bent into their actions. The girl is the best example of it, and Sir Hoodie is much more natural looking. Can't really tell with the guy behind the desk.
Work on your figures and try to make them show "motion" (i.e., it looks like they could bend their arms or turn around and walk away if they wanted to), without using swish-lines and arrows.
I like the girl's legs, though the boots end them a little weird - you wonder what position her bare feet are in and how painful it would be.
Be adventurous and give them more flamboyant expressions or poses, make her raise her arms and experiment with boob dynamics, make them sit down and practice clothing folds - I wanna see how it would turn out.
