Post an idea? No mate, you make the comic, nobody want's your ideas. And if you could bother drawing the comic yourself, wait till next comic week, and there will be a link on the front page for submitting your comic.

If it is good, you are probably better off posting it in the Fan Art thread.

There's only a guest week every once in a while. If you want your comic featured, you wait. If you want it praised/flamed, post it in fan art.

Ya, If I were you I'd go about proving my worth in the Fan Art thread first. I think you'll see the competition is far from scarce.

You engrave it on the body of a child and post it to them.

If you KNOW it's crap, don't bother posting it.

The concept of "knowing you're crap" is something I've recently given a lot of consideration to.

Does anyone really know they're crap? I mean, just watch an episode of Idols. The guy who sounds like Kermit the frog getting ass raped by horse with penile elephantitis when he sings is still quite distraught when told he's shit.

I think it's part of the human condition to be completely oblivious to how much we really suck.

Do you have something against frogs getting horse raped? I've been considering that as my videography emphasis.

Shove it up your arse so that at least one person enjoys it.

Some things are based on confidence. If someone's confident, they think they can do everything. I can't do a lot of shit and I suck at a lot of things but I still believe I can sing despite my Kermit the frog getting ass raped by horse with penile elephantitis voice.

Its not about knowing you're crap, its about validation. Its hearing from someone else that you respect that you can or cannot do something.

For instance, when I sing in public and some random person comes up to me and tells me I'm good I kind of take it with a grain of salt. So if I hear from someone in the recording industry that my singing voice is better than most, I take more stock in that because they actually know what they are talking about. Most of my friends are shocked I can sing and play at the same time, let alone that is sounds good.

American Idol is a weird situation. Thousands upon thousands of people come and try out because it's free and its a possible chance to be on television and be the next Kelly Clarkson. (btw...the first season phenomena of American Idol is never going to happen again.) And only a few actually make it to the next round. Only like 20 out of the thousands that audition actually go on. But part of the draw of American Idol is the circus that goes on behind the scenes of the auditions and all of that.

So what everyone needs is a personal Simon Cowell to absolutely crush and devastate them so they know their place?
Agreed.

Can you even post an idea?
You gotta make the comic yourself, sonny.

Yeah, once of you've got an idea definitely send it to all the admins. They like looking through all that stuff.
