Nickelback do every thing a 'rock band' should - immensely well. Power chords, hype-inducing drums, contrived growl-esque vocal style, moving music and they tackle epic themes like wife beating and where did the good times go.
Counter-culture faggot idol Thom Yorke cowers away from meeting Tony Blair, the man who he has constantly campaigned against, for fear he 'would want to punch him'. Never heard such cobblers in all my life - Thom probably gets bullied by little 13 year olds down his street for his gimpy eye - or did till he moved to his plush mansion to keep the evil outside world at bay.
Then he has the cheek to play social commentator, writing about 'the people' - what in the fuck would he know? Yeah, Thom Yorke moves away from middle class neighbourhood after businessman's spoilt son calls him 'cockeye' - seems pretty spot-on.
And yet, back to the cronies, they would sooner rep this pathetic integrity less piece of shit than a legit rock God viking like Chad Kroeger. Chad Kroeger looks like a pro wrestler, drinks bottled beer and wears faded jeans. A real man.

Radiohead's sole decent song 'Creep' is the entirety of their subsequent output, their attention-seeking fake 'counter culture' fans and liberal politics as a whole in convenient compressed form - 'i am creep, i am nothing' - wah wah wah.
