I was walking from my friends house near town, going through a short cut through the back sides of houses with a very narrow street. Behind me was a hooded white man, with the smell of alcohol on him around his 30's. He demanded for my wallet, so i jammed my hands into my pocket, when suddenly a black man behind him grabbed him from the shoulder, and smashed him in his face. The white drunk man reared back in pain, crumpling to the floor in one blow. He then told me to watch my back, and I ran home crying.

Anyone else been or know someone who has been mugged/robbed?

I've been mugged twice, both times in the same area, both by aboridginals.
1st time: my drunk ex girlfriend called some dude a retard (she was joking around with him) next thing you know hes running at her with a hockey stick, I'm half unconcious from a headache, 2 of my mates are punching on with like 10 blokes. 5 minutes later we're running down the street, they catch up with us, steal 2 cases of beer and all our bags.
2nd time: I was out with my mate, going to see one of our friends. This drunk abo comes over to us asking for some cans, so we give him one, after he finishes it he wants more, so I tell him to get fucked. Needless to say he took my phone and some (didn't get all 'cause he ran off once he realised how pissed off we were) stupid mate just stood there and did nothing, so I kicked his arse.

I was like 11 and riding home from school through a park when this drunk/high white dude ran at me with a metal pole and shoved me off my bike. He started screaming at me and shit so I just gave him my wallet (had like 3 dollars and a library card in it) and he grabbed it and my bike, and rode it to a house just across the street.

I put in a police report and we went to the house, where my bike was still in the front yard. Dude got arrested. Dumb fuck.

Yeah. I got mugged by a bunch of arab people. And when I say a bunch, I mean about 15.

So I'm with my friend at a skatepark near his house. He's skating, and I'm just kinda sitting on top of a quarterpipe looking for people. Then out of nowhere, all these arab people come out of a tunnel and surround me. I guess they thought I was alone and was easy prey (mind you i'm a skinny white kid). So I get down from the quarterpipe and begin to get my friends attention that we should leave, when all of a sudden this guy goes "You have 5 seconds to empty your pockets or else". This caught me off by suprise, so I was like, "What...? No... Get out of here." He knocked me to the ground, and then all at once all of these kids start kicking me, stepping on me, etc and reaching for my pockets. I start screaming, and my friend FINALLY notices what's going on after trying to land a trick. He grabs his deck and slams his deck against a nearby rail and screams "GET THE FUCK AWAY FROM HIM OR I'LL SMOKE YOU IN THE FACE". So they back off, I get up, and we start walking away (don't ask why we didn't run). Then they come back, punch my friend in the face, and get me back on the ground. They pulled a knife out on my friend after not giving up his skateboard, then they took my iPod. I guess some of the arab kids knew my friend, so they gave me back my iPod and we went away. Called the cops, and they caught most of the fuckers. All they had to do was a little bit of community service, though. Whatever.

The gentleman was dressed in typical Islamic clothes for a woman. He walked in to the store I was managing at the time. This was at 3 in the morning, by the way. It was a 24 hour store.

He then grabbed a pack of gum, and then someone called for me to be come up to ring him out. When I got to the register, he stuck his gun in my side and said in a very manly voice, "Give me all the money." I put the gum and like 50 bucks in the bag and he left.

Then the other guy tried to steal my bike so I jammed my foot against the front wheel and knocked him off my bike, then the other guy kicked me in the head, so I grabbed his foot and pulled it out from under him. I then managed to get up off the ground and got smacked over again by the kid who I previously knocked off my bike. Then I grabbed his foot and twisted it, which pretty much forced him to fall over face first. The other guy had gotten to his feet and tried to punch me in the face, but it hit the ground and took his legs out from under him. the guy who went down face first had rolled over and tried to get me in a headlock on the ground, so I punched him in the top of the head and knocked him out, the other guy shit himself and limped off.

I feel so cool because I posted a story that was total bullshit on an internet forum.

A few months ago I was at a bar called Murphy's Law with my father, and when we went outside to have a smoke we saw his truck door open and didn't understand why would just leave the door open. Well, we didn't, some kid around my age(21-24) was rustling through the shit box full of nothing and my father walked right over to him and blasted him in the face. The kid must have been rolling balls or something cause he fell to the ground in shock then hurried away as fast as he could. He got away with my fathers expensive Zippo I got him for his 40th birthday(around 40$). It turns out he was well know around that bar and that he did have a drug problem but has recently got clean and has apologized to my father and returned the money he owed him for the lighter. It was all quite amusing to behold. But I have never experienced such a thing before, I guess I'm pretty lucky compared to most people.

Me and two friends were chilling in a park smoking a joint. When two coloured (mixed race) guys approached us and started talking to us. They spoke very fast and were trying to sell us the idea that they had a friend who had expensive sunglasses, car sound and cellphones to sell for very cheap.

We were stoned, but beyond that we were stupid to agree to what came next...

They offered to show us to this friends house. We agreed and all hopped in tha car. They told us, "it's just around the corner." About half an hour later we arrived in Eldorado Park. Eldo's is a notorious crime ridden gang area. We stopped the car on the side of the road and the one guy jumped out and said he'd be right back with some merchandise for us to check out.

About five minutes later, three guys brandishing shiney hand guns came to the car, shouting commands and telling us to stay in the car, empty our pockets and give up our cellphones and wallets. All while waving their guns around.

After aquiring all our belongings they hoofed it out of their. We were shit scared and drove off. We came across a local security car, we pulled up next to him and asked for help. He said the best thing to do is get the fuck out and not look back. We did.

A few weeks later another mate in school was approached by two guys, offering the same cheap merchandise. They stopped him just outside Eldo's, told him to take off his shoes and run into the bushveld as fast as he can, as they would start shooting after the count of ten.

Comparitively, we were lucky.

He then ran away, and I was writhing in pain (braces + punch to the face), and about 3 minutes later i got up and threw up twice. Also, I don't walk home alone from the mall anymore.

I turned around and punched him in the face and kicked him in the side when he was down. Then we ran away back to my house because my friend didn't know what the fuck just happened. On the note of robbery, our house was broken into by some teenage bastards when i was a kid (now im proudly a teenage bastard myself). They stole our video camera (which was an impressive camera), our playstation 1, all our games, and some more stuff.

The police found the video camera in a street with a tape in it of the thieves playing my playstation. long story short we got all our stuff back, and they even passed a level on this ninja game that was insanely hard.

I've never been mugged, but I used to live in a house that had two apartments on the side, and my mom rented it out to tenants. I was over at a friend's house one weekend, and the lady in one of the apartments came in and asked my mom to use the phone [because she didn't currently have phone service]. My mom said yes, and apparently didn't find it at all odd that she went upstairs to use the bathroom afterwards when there's a perfectly fine bathroom downstairs and she had a working bathroom in her apartment, which would've taken maybe a total of 2 minutes to get to. So I come home, all my video games are gone, CDs missing, DVDs gone, bleh it was horrible. And my mom ended up paying $20 to get my CDs back from the person she sold it to, cuz she had sold all my stuff off for drug money. Then come to find out my little kick ass motor scooter thingamajig is not in my basement anymore. And her mom was bold enough to tell my mom if she gave her the deposit back, she'd help her get my other stuff back, and that she'd go to court for it if she had to. Hah. You can't help getting mugged where I live, and I'm seriously not joking. I live in South London, and even now, when it's getting dark around 5pm, there are groups around every street corner. I've been mugged 3 times, once I was attacked on a bus, but they didn't get anything, the next month my football got nicked in the park, and then the next I got punched, just randomly. They threatened me, but left me alone after.

1. My friend got jumped by a bunch of crips one day, and he joined the crip after that.
He got jumped out this year though. He lives in a bad neighborhood and has a bunch of crip friends that back us up in fights.

My dad was coming out of the bank with a briefcase, and a guy just told him that you've dropped something, he looked back and the guy snatched his briefcase and ran. The briefcase didn't have money, just important papers. My dad chased him in the car and finally ran after him when the guy turned into an alley. He cornered the guy and pretended to have a gun. The guy got scared seeing a big bad sikh guy. My dad called his police friends and they ended up this catching this nationwide gang of snatchers.

Never been mugged myself (I'm over 6 feet tall) but when I was staying in a hostel in Australia, some cunt (probably a German) nicked my wallet while I was sleeping. Worst of all, he took my passport as well, but luckily he just threw that in some bushes and I got it handed back to me in the morning. Fucking moron.

In the city where I live, a few of my friends have been mugged. Of course, all their stories begin with 'I was by myself at 3 in the morning in a dark alley' and I just shake my head in despair. I mean, yes, the city is pretty safe, but what kind of tool takes risks like that?

When I was about 6 or 7, I went shopping with my mum. Then, when we were leaving, this man opened the door for her and when she was about half-way through the door, the guy grabbed her bag and tried to run off, but my mum held onto the handle/strap of her bag. So the guy had to keep on pulling to get the bag, but mum kept on holding on.... Then the handle/strap snapped.
So then mum reported it. And then, he was caught. The End.
