Guild wars

I play Guild Wars when my brother is playing Xbox and I have nothing else to do. Which means I play about once every 3 months. It's ok for an MMORPG. Gotta love having no monthly fee.

I played WoW a little bit (my brother had it) and played FFXI for about a year and a half but I quit both. That's pretty much how I stand on MMORPG's.

Guild wars was alright, but since at the time my computer was shit i could never really get into the PVP portion of the game. But up till then it was quite fun.

It's mostly something my girlfriend enjoys, and she drags me along on quests and so forth, but still, excellent game, and i can't wait for GW:EN.

I've tried it at a friends house. I used to play WoW, but I quit because I was spending too much time on it. Between Guild Wars and WoW I liked WoW more, but Guild Wars wasn't that bad.

It's multiplayer, yes, but to be a massive multiplayer game you need to have more than a dozen people at once killing monsters/players in a large consistent world.

Normally I wouldn't mind at all, but I don't like it when you treat it as a huge MMO comparable to WoW to say it's great because there's no subscription fee. Yes, there is no fee because it doesn't need one.

ANYway, Guild Wars is cool.

Guild Wars is a great game! And with Eye of the North coming out soon, it's gonna be even better. I've played for just over two years now, and still think that it's an awesome game!

I used to play Guild Wars, City of Heroes, City of Villains, and WoW.

Guild Wars was #2 in that list because it was free :)

Except the mass of expansions were annoying as hell.

I played it and liked it but once I got to the Crystalline Desert it just went completely boring. I couldn't have fun with any other characters besides the Elementist/Mesmer.
