So I turned Twenty today (woooooo) and like a lot of people I had a list of things to do before I turned twenty. Here it is:

4. Get to know someone better than I know myself. (I thought I had, but she threw out a whole other side of her I didn't know about, so Not Done.)
5. Learn a foriegn language. (Not Done)
6. Draw my boundaries. (Done)
7. Play in a band on stage. (Done)
8. Complete a computer game. (Done)
9. Learn to cook. (Not Done)
10. Do absolutely nothing progressive with my life for four months. (Done)
11. Conquer a phobia. (Done)
12. Win a trophy. (Done)
13. Get to know my family better than my friends. (Not Done)
14. Visit Rome. (Not Done)
15. Have sex. (Done)
16. Get Drunk. (Done)
17. Save someone's life. (Done)

First one is to be in school for 7 months, then be with an active business for 3 years and get certificate.
The other is be with a business for 4 years then get your certificate.

At least that's how we do it in Denmark.

01. Visit two other continents (done: visiting a third in July)
02. Have a normal relationship (done, I think)
03. Speak three other languages competently enough for holidaying (done: fluent in two, learning a fourth!)
04. Own thirty amazing books (done: I have over sixty)
05. Go camping (done)
06. Audition for a play (done: and I've starred in a film now!)
07. Give blood regularly (done: also registered organ and bone marrow donor)
08. Buy a cocktail dress, and wear it twice (done: I have three that get worn regularly)
09. Get into a good uni (done: second best in the world, at last count)
10. Get my BMI into the healthy range (kind of giving up on this. I'd have to gain 18lbs, which is unrealistic)
11. Go skiing (next week)
12. Get off antidepressants (review in March, woo)

But I still have six months, and either way I'll have 10/12 done, which isn't half bad.

I've got to be honest, I didn't make a list and I'm not going to put things I've already done on here so that people can be like "You did that shit? I don't care." these are the things I want to accomplish by the time I'm 25. (I'm 18, so 2 years isn't a lot of wiggle room.)

-Graduate College with my Bachelor's in Journalism
-Graduate Film School
-Move out of my mom's house.
-Start some sort of career.
-Buy a revolver
-Buy a shotgun
-Have an actual relationship with someone who doesn't annoy the hell out of me.
-Own land.
-Own slaves*.


*Really unnecessary. I just want some. Any race/ethnicity/gender/species will do. Really prefer white or Asian women.

K, being that I am far less goal orientated, I think I might only muster ten.

1) Be amazing for my girl, as I expect and usually get the same from her.
2) Maintain family relationships
3) Get a reasonable increase at work.
4) Travel more. A lot more.
5) Save. Or at least learn to.
6) Settle all unnecessary debt.
7) Get my sleeve finished. (This contradicts #5 though)
8) Read more.
9) Stay disciplined and organised in my studies.
10) Graduate first year with an over all distinction average.

Well.. I am 18. Every list i have ever made for myself, or any goal i have set. I failed at. I never complete anything i want to. I fail at most things that i do, or that i try to do. so i decided i'm not going to make a list for myself, so i wont be disappointed by the outcome.

If i was to make any type of list, it would be get A's and B's in all of my classes this quarter. (current gpa - 0.666)
