It's very good but I don't really like the blue colour of his shirt. I think it would be better with no shirt at all, just a tie and jacket. Also I don't see any phallic symbols.

I like the picture and am looking forward to the animation smelly, but my one critique is the tie. I understand what you are going for, but I think the pattern on the tie is off relative to the position where he is standing. Maybe if you shrank the pattern down a little to allow for more of the colors of the flag design it would help.

Plus, I don't really get why everyone's all up on the tie, it's not that much of a problem, it's a slightly strange position, but who cares? I think it all looks very good.

I have to agree on the tie. Although I think it would look fine if you just kept the style of the tie consistent with the rest of the work. And the shirt is definitely too... blue. I know Poms are kinda queer but a duller shade would suit him a lot more.

Also, the left side of his face, (Well, his right side, but the left side looking at it) looks like it's missing. I'd say you should either draw in his right eye, or shorten the width of the hat, so that it fits his head properly. If you know what I mean.
