Pixel Tools v2.0 gives you a pixelated line tool, pencil and eraser. The size of said pixels can be changed the same as the size of lines in the Properties menu. I also really suggest the vCam plugin, which is what I've been using for ages. Thanks to rtil (http://www.newgrounds.com/portal/view/418412) for providing this page and a bunch of sexy links.

Well if you wanted to make high quality sprites you'd just draw them as vectors. I'm using this to make all sorts of retro-ass vidjamagame shit.

This is awsome, mostly because the normal flash vectors look really bad when you export them to a very small file animations.
