Haha, very nice Dave. Reminded me of Hellgate London or something.
Damn, wasted so much time wondering how to bring chaos to this world and it was so simple...
The copyright at the Replay screen said 2006.
But hilarious and expect more animinated shorts. 4 weeks a month? 4 C&H artist? Eh?

Technical point: Centrifugal force doesn't exist. The proper term is centripetal force.
That's right, one semester of highschool physics gives me the right to be condescending. Hehe.

Wrong. Centrifugal force isn't an actual force, but the term is a very real term and is widely used.

Muahaha
I gave the same evil / cool laugh in the end xD
Pretty cool
Didn't the guy say centripetal force? And yes, the centrifugal force is the only explanation for phenomena like the Coriolis force. So it exists.
Anyway, that was hilarious, I wasn't expecting the ending at all.
The paint spilt on him!

That definitely exceeded my expectations! I also liked the double whammy with the paint spilling on him. Can't wait for what's in store next!

Very nice. I wasn't expecting it would open the gates of hell or something.
Reminds me of Doom, the old game.

Great job! But it's just not the same without the merry jingle at the end :/
And I wondered if anybody would start the 'does it exist' debate

Lol, it was very good! Well done!
Though me being a big geek at the time was thinkin "Isnt is centripetal force?". Lol. We're all such geeks.

Well I feel the need to match the geek of the rest of the people in this forum so I would just like to say that I enjoyed all of the floccinaucinihilipilificatious (yes it is a real word) details in the comics you guys do.

That was very swell. You guys really do a great job animating, which as much as I understand it, is hard to do. I also love Kris' voice acting, it's hilarious! The paint falling out was awesome, as well.

You know, I've been meaning to do that anyway...
As far as I remember it being explained to me, she told us that the term centrifugal force was what was originally used to describe the force you feel pulling away form the center of a circle. As it turns out, though, that's just normal force counteracting the forces moving towards the center of a circle (centripetal force), so the term centrifugal force is just excess, when we already refer to it as normal force. Newton's 3rd Law and such, yes?
Correct me if I'm wrong, I did almost fail that year.

That one was great. Did not expect the "gate of hell" to open up. Definitely one of my favorites.
Loved it Dave. Ending was unexpected, just thought the guy would get hit with the bucket. Keep them coming, well done
13 awesome c&h shorts in a row
and it would be cool if you guys did like 1 or 2 a month

I thought that the bucket would hit some guy driving something like a gasoline truck and there'd be some domino effect to cause the eventual destruction of the city >.> Omg though, THAT WAS GREAT!!! :boogie: But I missed the catchy jingle at the end!! :o

Well I maybe be only in high school physics, but I can confirm that to my knowledge what you're saying is sort of correct. Centrifugal force is used to describe the force opposite to the centripetal force, hence the negative centripetal acceleration. More clearly, it is the term used to describe the feeling that inertia creates, as the velocity in the circular motion forces you to go in the straight line. When you are turning in the car for example, you try to move yourself back to counter the "force" that is pushing you sideways. However, the force you used to move yourself back is the only force that exists, because that is the centripetal force you used to remain moving in a circle. According to the definition of a force, a force is something that causes an object moving at a straight line to have an acceleration, comprising change of direction or speed. It is not a force that you feel push you, it is simply the velocity of your straight movement and the feeling is created by inertia.
The term centrifugal force is obscure, and is used as weight is used in place of mass. These are evidently not the correct terms, but very few people say "I have a mass of 140 pounds", they say that they "weigh 140 pounds". Instead, weight is used to describe force, so you would need to say that you weigh a certain amount of Newtons. Hence, the use of centrifugal force as a term is perfectly acceptable.
And come on, they just got destroyed by a warping force. Don't tell me that relates to physics :P
Anyways apologies for making this weird post, I couldn't resist the inner nerdness.

What was the interval that Kris raised his voice in this short? This is the first short that I'm aware of that has him voice acting, so I'd like to hear what he really sounds like. (Is minor 3rd right?)

I didn't expect that to happen. I thought 'Oh this might be good... the guy's arm will rip off and the paint will hit the other guy in the face and his head will explode and we'll all laugh.' But nooo!
Way to completly show me how idiotic I am... because what I said would be a stupid idea.
Kudos!
