Party Then Work Preloader

Some guy with some site said he wanted a preloader for $50.
_xscale = (_root.getBytesLoaded()/_root.getBytesTotal())*100 is too hard for some people.

All I had to base my design on was this, provided by the guy:

Yeah... I would've called it play then work but whatever. Pretty awkward that it was a gif, but oh well.

Before I got to this point, he actually asked for more gradients, cos the webmaster really loves gradients :indiff:

Then I found out the webmaster was a woman. Ahahahahahaha.

I'm going to bet the balloons at the preloader are better than whatever it is the preloader is for.

I love the balloons, the rest is ok. I would find it amazing if each different balloon colour pops in a different way or something, but it's still pretty cool.

It's a shame the .gif-yness of the logo is bad around its edges, but it's still really good. I love the popping part!
