I don't how much people have it, but I can never play a game 1 v 1. I can play the games 5 v 5 all the time though.
When I invite someone to a game they accept and we're both just on the picking teams screen, I can move and I don't see him moving. Also when I am invited to a game I can't move at all.
I played a 1 v 1 game once before and when I did it had the same screen as the picking for the 5 v 5 game.
I really don't know what the hell is going on. Can anyone help?

What type of connection are you on? It may be that your connection cannot handle hosting a game.

Well i know that the whole "I can move my team selection, but the other person cant. And when im invited to a game I cant move at all" situation is just connecting to the opponent, while the opponents are connecting to each other, it is only the host that can change thier team selection at that time (the person who got invited still cant see this). But about actually connecting to the game itself, well next time you are on try to invite people who have 3 bar (green) connection. I usually connect to games, but its so god damn annoying when it's 60 minutes into the game and then the connection goes. I hope this helped you a little.

So, what your saying is wait a while for it to connect? If so I've tried this (with people with 3 bars) and waited for 90 seconds. Then he exited the game.
Should I just keep trying?

Hmm, you might want to try contacting EA about this. I remember now having this problem with my fifa 07 on the xbox360. If you contact them they should connect you correctly to the EA servers or take some action to resolve this problem.

Also, please pm me with your results. And your welcome, always nice to help.
I believe I've heard something about this lately, What type of NAT Connection have you got, If your not sure do a system test and it should say. I believe if you have a NAT type 3, there is your problem. I'm sure if you check google there is something on how to change it.
