Norik's was awesome. Especially I liked the Earth.

it'd be "who wins week #" cause when you think about it, who is to he as whom is to him. you'd say "he wins" not "him wins" unless you say "the winner is whom?" (i was nerded btw)

I liked Crow's the best, nice job.

And the simple explanation is just that "whom" is only used in the accusative and dative cases, and it's nominative in this sentence in question.
