America (or the world, as the few of us left call it) tend to notice that these companies make a lot more money sponsoring and endorsing the shit out of women of such stature as those mentioned above than to produce and sell REAL music.
That doesn't necessarily mean that the record company will be successful, I mean, how long can you stay afloat if all you have to sell are flops?
Also, I doubt Perez Hilton's ability to manage a real company. Sure he can run a site and draw genitalia on the pictures of celebrities, but can he actually do a real job? I guess we'll find out!
