Stick him in a room where all the walls are huge tv screens. Leave a gun. Then put on tubgirl and goatse. He'll slowly lose his mind until he goes to get the gun and kill himself. I would make tiny incisions, each 1 cm long and 1/4 cm deep, everywhere on their body in a 3cm square grid. Then bring on the salt and lemon juice. While that is happening, increase the pain exponentially by ripping off their fingernails and toenails, one by one. Add salt and rubbing alcohol. Break the ribs with a hammer or blunt object, but not hard enough to smash them. Just hard enough to make it hurt when they breathe. Do the same with the fingers and toes. None of this pain is sharp and sudden, so they won't pass out. Cut more incisions in different extremities and peel the skin off, without damaging the muscle or tissue. God, I'm having too much fun with this...
