Holy shit, we have got about 1 billion tonnes or something of these in our atmosphere, and all because we drive cars? This is friggin annoying. And now USA turns around to blame China for putting out Greenhouse emissions even though they are a developing country. Is this fair? NO!

They had better hurry up with the hydrogen powered cars, I want to be able to drive without the fear of dieing one day.

How do you guys feel about this topic?

The matter of some developed nations (i.e. America) wanting developing nations such as India and China to cut down on greenhouse gas emissions is a tricky one.
It is a fair ask, no doubt, considering those developing nations contribute greatly towards greenhouse gases in the atmosphere. However, also considering the fact that most developed nations have emitted just as much, if not more, as these developing nations are now in the present, in the past, it seems very hypocritical of the US to demand such a thing.

Personally, I believe that it is a ridiculous demand from the US, and counterproductive towards the development of these nations. America should sign the Kyoto Protocol as a leader in world greenhouse gas emissions, regardless of the emissions of developing nations.

I think it's rather hard for a country like China to start building environment-friendly powerstations and such out of the blue. Just like every country, they have to start with the polluting stuff, simply because it's a lot cheaper. But they should try to decrease the pollution as soon as possible, though.

hmm i have no idea why i have this feeling but i think that USA is afraid that china will surpass them with the technologies industries and all that stuff so they use the greenhouse thing to blame them ...

ofcourse it is an actual problem and china should do something abaut it but has USA actualy joined the project? ...
