ATTN Mods: Objecting my permaban

I have created this account for the sole purpose of objecting to my other account's ban: (http://forums.explosm.net/showthread.php?t=1931)

I have seen many more idiotic posts than that which I made, and as the global rules state: "You probably won't be permabanned unless you maliciously spam the forum, post goatse or repeatedly get TOs and never learn." None of those were the case, I was not spamming the forum, I was not posting goatse, and I never got a single TO. My ban was simply for an unfunny new thread I made in hopes of getting some laughs, which I then regretted. The reason you gave me was simply "goodbye", which isn't a reason at all. It looked like you just banned be to get an extra ban in your list. A permaban was not the right choice on that occasion, A timeout perhaps, for the reason of "being an unfunny jerk".

Now, I must ask, do not try to just dispose of me through another ban simply because you do not want to bear with me. Again, quoting the global rules "Write like a reasonably intelligent person" - simply banning me for not being willing to find a way out of this would not be so mature as I, and every other user of this board expects you to be when talking about the rules I believe you created.

I hope you find a way to either free my old account of its ban, or at least allow me to use this one freely.

Please, also note that this account was created for the sole purpose of objecting to that ban, and I will not use it in any other way other than this. I will only post in other threads if I am allowed to do so.

I did PM Rob, because he was the one who banned me.

And yes, I know I created a second account, but I don't see where the rules say that this is not allowed either.

But even so, I think I should be able to appeal to my ban, because it was clearly an unfair ban.

All right, how else should object my ban? What I am doing here, and what I have done before, according to the site's rules, is legal.

These rules aren't all-inclusive. Decisions are made by the moderators, and they're always right in the end, so please don't argue.

Don't say anything is 'legal' according to the site rules, because the site rules are whatever the admins say they are.

This isn't about being funny or not, after all, that's humor taste. This is about breaking the rules or not. I didn't, I got punished, simple as that.
