I'm not an expert when it comes to Photoshop, but I don't think it's something you can really "learn". Sure there's the tools and everything, but the possibilities are endless so you're basically always learning. There's some great tutorials websites, you can easily find them using Google.

If you are interested in html check out www.w3schools.com they have some really good tutorials.

As far as photoshop goes I highly recommend, Pixel Perfect (http://revision3.com/pixelperfect/) he is a great teacher and shows some awesome techniques.

C# and Visual Basic through Visual Studio programming tutorials can be found here (http://msdn2.microsoft.com/) and here (http://msdn2.microsoft.com/en-us/beginner/bb308760.aspx). They're from Microsoft, and they're really nice and free.

You can always pay to learn though, and one of the best (if not the best) solution for C# is Joe Grips 's tutorial (http://www.joegrip.com).

In this website (http://www.codeproject.com/) you can find some really nice samples of code and simple tutorials on a variety of languages.

Finally, if you feel like reading a book check this site (http://www.geekpedia.com/tutorial128_How-to-start-programming.html) for the best books on programming available (note that if you have adblock plus firefox plugin enabled, disable it for the page to show properly).

I'm moderately fluent in C++, but I don't think there's any way we can teach you, much less on an internet forum. Try checking out the library for books for beginners.

Also, HTML, while technically a form of programming, isn't really considered in the same vein as heavier programming languages, such as C++, Java, and C#. Do you have any specific purpose for learning programming, is is this purely scholarly interest?

Basic HTML is pretty simple to pick up. I learned it and I'm a complete retard when it comes to pretty much anything technical.

I can rustle up a few fairly basic web pages in a relatively short period of time using HTML, but if you want your website to look all purty and flashy likes, then more advanced coding is definitely necessary.

Holy shit use google for this sort of thing. You don't need Explosm as a middle man, and nobody is gonna teach you HTML out of the goodness of their hearts.
