Last night I kept accidentally changing the language on my keyboard while trying to maximize things from the taskbar. I just changed it back every time. I even went into the language toolbar and deleted the other languages so it wouldn't happen again.

But now for some reason, it's defaulting itself as different languages for different programs. For example, Firefox is defaulted to US, but every time I type in MSN, it's set to the French keyboard.

Since I deleted the other languages from the language toolbar, it just hasn't been showing up. When I go to Help it says to right click on the taskbar, go to toolbars, and then hit language bar. But it's not there.

Does anyone know another way to get to the language toolbar? I've checked control panel and gone into keyboard settings but it's not there.

What operating system are you using? There are going to be different for Windows Vista and for Windows XP.

In Vista you can go to the Regional and Language Options in the Control Panel and click the Keyboards and Languages tab. From there you can change the master language of your keyboards which should help your MSN problem.

You cannot see the language toolbar because you deleted all the other languages besides English. The toolbar only appears if you have two or more languages installed. There is a tab for the Language bar if once you have clicked Control Panel/Regional and Languages Options/Keyboards and Languages/Change Keyboards you will see it,
