It's private, all the torrents are checked for viruses and legitimacy, there is no porn, and the community is great. They also are the best place to find old obscure things.

Seriously though, i'd love to get registered sometime to it, i always seed my stuffs as much as possible. (highest seed on my other computer was about 60 something, good few around 20-30s, rest of them (about half) under 10.

Usually when they do it, it's on fridays, so I'd suggest just checking every friday at the very least. It's random, though.

It was a decent site until the comments went offline, then eventually it just became a search site for other sites torrents.

Well, I made two torrents so far (a 1.09gig music one and a ~250MB one with Weird Al vids) and I haven't downloaded anything since I became a member since I'd already reached my dl quota for this month. Only got Ocean's Twelve off it but the source was external (aXXo) so I suppose it didn't count. I'm always seeding my two torrents if I'm on.

Diving 1.58gig through ~0KB would give a near infinite ratio :x

The quality and speed of the torrents is what's good about it. You'll never get a virus or corrupt file, and the speeds I've been getting have been phenomenal. I got an average of 816kb/s on the last file I downloaded from there.

Youtorrent isn't bad. The quality is generally good, and I get some pretty decent speeds. I considering I don't have the greatest internet connection, I can usually download an entire, 2hour, .avi movie in under 10 hours. Usually under 5.

Youtorrent is just a search engine though, it's not the actual tracker for the torrents. So even if you use Youtorrent, you might be downloading from demonoid.

It's working for me, I have a ratio of about 0.53 right now.

If anything there is too many seeds on my torrents, some of them are seeding pretty slowly after I've finished downloading :mad:

If your worried about your ratio you can just pick up a popular cd, and just seed it untill your ratio is like 2+. Or just seed whatever you download, like... your suppose to. :fmita:
