Ok, I have a problem. I have a Logitech MX610 cordless mouse for my laptop. But I have lost the USB receiver. Yes, I know its the most stupid thing I've ever done.

Does anyone know where I could get a replacement receiver? Its a great mouse, and fairly expensive so I don't want to have to buy another one.

As a side note: They don't make my mouse anymore, but the 610LEFT and 620 both use the same receiver. I don't know about any others in the range, but I think its a fairly generic RF receiver.

Have you looked on ebay? You can pretty much find anything random like that on ebay. It may even be cheaper to get a new mouse that to find a specialty part like that.

Had a little look, but nothing any good. I wondered if Logitech would send me a free one, just because they're nice people, but I don't think it'll work .

You could probably contact Logitech to get a replacement sent if you can't find any receiver.
They will almost certainly make you pay for it though.
I need to do the same with my laptops key grid, it is totally screwed, some buttons dead.

I need to get a new mouse actually, i smashed my Dell one for screwing the position up due to crappy sampling rate.
Using my old Belkin one... that is worse.

You can contact them, but usually pieces like that cost more to replace than it would to replace the entire mouse.

I don't know, looking at it its still £40 to replace the mouse. On the up side, if anyone wants an idea for a new e-store, replacement peripherals-to-peripherals might be a profitable idea!

I have had the same problem, although with a twist. My apartment was broken into and the robbers took my laptop and the reciever to my Logitech G7 mouse. They didnt take the actual mouse or rechargable battery. I called Logitech and explained my situation, they offered to sell me a replacement reciever for $50. I bought the entire thing on newegg for $50 so it wasnt a good deal. I told them no thanks and they were shocked that I didnt want to pay 50 to use that mouse again.
