Hey I've got an idea for the community and Explosm Team.
I was thinking. Would it be appropriate to be able to donate to the Explosm website and in return be granted special features? Such as larger avatars, a get out of jail free card and maybe a special forum? :heya:

A special forum? What for? From what I hear the Elite forum is already pretty boring so a "Donator's Forum" would probably be even shittier. And why would you want to pay for a larger avatar?
Definitely not. That's like a bribe almost, you shouldn't have to be bribed to donate.
Plus it's just a stupid idea.

I would do it for admin status.

I would donate to the site if I had the money, but I think getting "special features" kind of defeats the purpose of donating.
The point of donating is helping out without expecting anything in return.

I think you mean 'liver'. Anyway, I think its a poor idea. What would this 'Donators forum' consist of? People saying "Yeah, I donated once. Pretty cool,ey?" Just seems a bit pointless.

You could always tax deduct your donation. Might be kind of tricky to explain to the IRS(Internal Revenue Service, not an AOLism) if you get audited, though.
Nice poll options, by the way, you could probably stand to learn proper logic, or not make one-sided polls.
