Alright I opened up Zune and I thought it was going to be update. Suddenly it goes from 10% to 100% and suddenly this is what it says

Usually if I see an error with "C:\Windows\System32\" in the message, I instantly go looking for the system restore, or my Windows OS installation disc.

Just from a medium-experienced Microsoft user, you may have some kind of bug in your system.

Try checking for updates for your OS in the update center maybe? If you're using vista, you should be able to download the Zune update from the update center, then restart, open up Zune, and install the update to your actual Zune device. This is how I did it and didn't have an issue at all.

You could just have a bad download or a corrupted OS file. Try restarting and before you do anything else install the update, if all else fails.

I think your main problem is, you bought a Zune.

but zune is good.

Only aside from the computer issues. Tagging and organizing on the Zune can be a huge freaking ordeal. But when it's working great, yeah, it's good.

Zune is far better then I-Pod.

Anyway, I had a similar problem to yours. As soon as I uninstalled it and reinstalled it, it worked fine.
I know, its a bitch to install, but once you get it up again it should work much better.
