"Instructions:
The Judges will give you a topic or an idea and you need to make a comic about it. You'll be marked on:

Joke - The funnier the better. (?/5)
Art - The less I want to gouge my eyes out the better. (?/5)
Creativity/Predictability - If it's the first panel and I guess the punchline, good luck next time. (?/5)"

36 hours to make 3 comics from when I say go. Marked out of 15 for each comic. If you only make 1 or 2, too bad. you can get marked on those two and lose 15 points for the other one.

Ok...These are the rules for the last one so I think they're pretty good, it just failed cos of TOs...hopefully I wont get any and this will work cos its a cool idea.

I would like 16 comic makers and I want to be one of them.

I would also like a panel of 5 Judges. People who are good at critique but dont wanna make comics.

I agree with Pyro that the first round shouldn't have a theme. I'm sorry, but just because you aren't creative enough to come up with your own material doesn't mean we need to compensate for it.

I think that only the first round shouldn't have a theme so the focus is more on the art & having a creative joke so only the best can move on to the next round. The second two rounds would have themes.

The comics are also pretty depressing, especially the second one, but they are lacking creativity since you used a father/son relationship for all three.

I'm not sure why, but I really do like your art. I'm assuming you used Paint, & you did a pretty good job with it for the program being what it is. I agree with Kevosk, I found your comics quite funny instead of depressing, but they were damn creative, I must admit. They are really good comics, & would have done better if this round was supposed to be funny.

Yeah, I kind of like the "Hehehe, classic." line in the second. That idea was given to me by my sister. I asked her for a depressing idea, and she said "how about some little girl finds a pony, but it transforms into Optimus Prime and shoots her?" I didn't really think it was depressing, so I put a twist on it.

Thanks, Becca. Yeah, I did use MS paint. My sister pirated Paint Shop Pro, but I never learned how to use it. And yeah, I wasn't entirely going for depressingness. I was going for funny, in a sad kind-of way. You know, the way that makes you feel bad for laughing at them.

I just thought I'd say that I found Relaps' comics to be very depressing (except for the third, seemed too obvious), and thought personally they should have been rated higher. Some just didnt make comics, like in the first round but thats why we set a time limit..Only one person will be knocked out and to do that im waiting on scores from the other 3 judges. Just about to pm them to remind them.
