It actually looks pretty good, and I have been looking for a new phone. I might either get this, or the T-Mobile Sidekick Slide Scarlet, tough choice.

It looks like it would be a good phone (Samsung products tend to hold up pretty well), but it is on the Sprint network. I will stick with my Blackberry Curve and T-Mobile any day.

I may actually get it, since I'm with Sprint. That looks pretty sweet.

Looks neat. What's the price on the beast?
Wow, that looks nothing like the Apple iPhone :indiff:

Well do you have T-Mobile or Sprint? That should narrow down your choice...

T-Mobile is absolutely terrible

Wow, what a shame that it isn't on T-Mobile. I refuse to get a phone that isn't a Samsung (might I add I absolutely hate Nokia phones) Despite the price, I would actually consider getting this, way before getting a gay Sidekick. I wouldn't mind going through the whole "Oh you got a knockoff iPhone, faggot."
Maybe one day. :indiff:
Damn, if only it was Cingular. I'm in need of a new phone, my current one is half unreadable. My only problems I can forsee, aside from noncorresponding services would be the price. I can imagine it's quite expensive.

I've never purchased any crazy phone myself so I don't know how it works, but when you get a phone, say like the Sidekick for T-Mobile, or as it will be in this case, the Instinct for Sprint, do you have to pay for internet and e-mail in addition to your regular monthly service?
Even though the instinct looks incredibly awesome im a bit more interested in the samsung glyde. Its pretty much the same as the instinct it just has a keyboard on it and is for verizon instead of sprint. http://samsungglyde.com/ Unfortunately I only have cingular. =\

You HAVE to activate an Everything Plan in order to get this phone.

You do unless you have a wifi enabled phone. I have a blackberry curve from T-Mobile and it has wifi built in, so I did not purchase a internet/e-mail plan. I just use the phone when I am in the access of wifi and since so many places have wifi now it works out well.

I chose between this and the Blackberry Curve. I got the latter, and its the best phone I have ever owned.

How do you choose between one phone that is available and one that is not released yet?
Anyways, how much did you pay and which provider? I don't think the Curve has hit Sprint yet, but I've gotten word that it is soon.
