Anyone have any good zombie books to suggest for me to read? I would appreciate a book kinda like this one(1st few chapters)http://www.tacticalunderground.us/journal1.htm
As that is my favorite zombie book so far. The only other one I've read is the zombie survival guide, plus some excerpts from a few that I didn't like.

You'd probably like World War Z by Max Brooks. It's a collection of personal accounts of the zombie apocalypse.

I found the list at All Things Zombie (http://www.allthingszombie.com/books.php) to be pretty helpful. Aside from the ones listed there I would reccomend reading I Am Legend by Richard Matheson. As is the case with any film adaptation, the book is much better.

Cell is a decent zombie-ish read and is the best thing King has written in a long time.

Hey homeskillet! I know of a bunch of good zombie books (as I am a big fan myself.) I wholeheartedly concur with Max brooks, as World War Z was amazing. It was like a bunch of entries taken out of journals and interviews and stuff. It tells the uprising, battle, and fall of the zombies. Awesome. Then the Zombie Survival guide book by Max Brooks is amazing as well. Monster Island, Monster Nation, and Monster Universe or whatever the new one is called (haven't read it) are pretty good. Or at least 1 and 2 were good. I am going to go buy 3. They are by David Wellington. I wouldn't say they are hands down amazing like Max Brooks, but They are pretty good. They are pretty heavy on language, but I don't know if that bothers you. I am going to assume not since you are reading zombie books. Whatever, if you find any good ones, reply. I'd like to know about them. and I also look at allthingszombie. Good luck man!
