So I've been by the "post your specs" thread, where people like to increase their penis sizes by boasting about how many cores their processors have. Let's discuss the other end of the spectrum now. I'm basically a retro gamer, so I've long been interested in outdated computers and consoles. My oldest and most prized computer is my Macintosh LC, released in 1990. Here's some specs:

Processor: Motorola 68020, 16 MHz
Hard Disk: 40 MB
RAM: 10 MB (that's the max)
VRAM: 256 KB
OS: System 7.0.1
Monitor: Macintosh 12" RGB
Resolution: 560 x 384

Awesome idea Toast! My worst computer isn't nearly as bad as yours, but I'll post it anyways.

Processor: Intel Celeron 1.0 GHZ
Hard Disk: 20 GB IDE
RAM: 256MB (2x128)
GPU: 128MB GeForce 2 MX400
OS: XP

Do Commodores count? I have one of those in my crawlspace somewhere. No idea what the specs are, but I know it's one of those really shitty early computers that you plugged in to your TV.

Yeah, I'm too young to know the awesome that is the Commodore. I do have an Apple ][ clone, but not the power supply, so I've never gotten to actually use it.

Spastic: Your specs actually come close to matching my best computer. Oh, the joys of being an unemployed high school student.

I am not sure of the specifications but I used to have a Macintosh 128K. Looking back on it now I realize it is a horrible machine, but back then it was not too bad.

I don't really know the specs of it, because I used it when I was like 3. I played Doom 1 and 2 on it. It had windows 3.11 on it so I guess it was pretty crappy.
The one I remember surely, although it was like my third computer had 433Mhz processor, 128 mb ram(I think) and an integrated 8mb videocard. The HD was 9 gigs, problem was that it had 6 gigs of my step-dads music on it.

I found a case from an old PC that had the specs printed on it, didn't say anything about the OS so here's the hardware:
300 mhz CPU
32 Mb RAM
3 Gb HDD

If game consoles count, then the Atari 2600 specs.

If not, then well, i can't say the commodore now since its dead (:()
I think it then goes back to my old Win95 machine, which my step-dad now uses in his shop, i think, not sure what he done with it.
No clue how fast it was.
RAM was 16MB i believe.
HDD was somewhere around 10GB, that's the only number that comes to mind just now.

That was one crappy computer...

Calculators have a CPU, should they be counted as computers? If not, then I've used a really old mac a lot, on my mom's job. But my first own PC was
133 MHz Pentium
16mb Ram
1GB HDD
4MB RAGE video or something.
15" LG monitor (not flat)

And it was really good in those days. We also bought a 14.4k modem for it :D

let's see if I can remember:
Processor: Pentium 100
HD: 1GB--the guy at the store said we'd never fill it up
RAM: 16MB?
OS: Windows '95

Um, how about an e-machine. I could shit in a paper bag and get better processing than what that pile of plastic can do for me. But I kinda feel bad for it, so I let it live in my closet.
32MB S3 ProSavage8 chip for video
AMD Athlon XP 2000 processor (1.67 GHz)
512MB DDR memory
Basically it's like the lowest end Dells retarded little brother.

The computer I used up until I recently got this one had 256 MB of RAM. I'm not sure of the other specs. It sucked.

My worst computer was a vintage Port Macintosh from 1974. It was bland and dry, not a good year for computers at all.
