I think this was posted already, but still that is fucking crazy to get a bill that long. Wonder what she did to get one like that?

It makes you think, how much of the money you pay in your bill goes to the paperwork to print the bill.

Why do people think it's funny to give links gay names?

Maybe she's just one of those gabby people who sent a few thousand test messages and make eight-hundred calls?

That is probably it, but a 300 page phone bill is still absolutely outrageous.
Also, if you go to related searches you'll see another clip of her saying that AT&T simplified their phone bills.

Ok, this is an interview with that girl.
Addy: What were you doing with your iPhone to merit a 300-page breakdown?
Justine: Mostly just texts, which I believe was almost 30,000. I only used about 200 of the 900 minutes [of talk.]
Addy: Was that more use than your Treo?
Justine: That's about average of what I've have on my Treo, which I still haven't got rid of it. Thankfully this bill didn't take into account the texts I still recieved on that phone of we'd have a few extra pages for sure.
Addy; So how much was the total?
Justine: The bill came to $274.81. Supposedly I have unlimited text/data so most of the charges I'm assuming were activation and a prorated bill. That's what it looks like anyway!
Addy: And how much did it cost AT&T to send that monster?
Justine: As far as sending the package, I ripped off the label, but I think it was around $7 to send. Source- http://gizmodo.com/gadgets/junk-in-a-box/the-madness-begins-with-a-300+page-att-bill-for-iphone-288887.php
Also I heard, that AT&T writes down every call, text message and even KB of data in that bill. Is that right?

30,000 text messages, that is insane. She must have no communication with people other than text messages. There is no need to send that many, or have an iPhone if you basically only send text messages.

To be fair, there isn't really a need for an iPhone at all. It's just a gadget, as far as I can tell.

30,000 isn't that much if you think about it. Imagine how much you talk in a day. Probably alot. She's hot, and social, it's not a big deal.

Also it's over 9000. But anyways, you're right 30,000 is insane, that means she writes a 1000 messages per day, with each message taking about half a minute to write, that means she spends 8 hours texting people per day. What a waste, to be honest. Anyone who needs to spend more than 50$ on their phonebill who doesn't require a mobile for his/her work, doesn't get out much. I'm not saying she's not popular, but how can you text 8 hours a day if you are going to parties, seeing movies at the cinema and spending time with friends??

OVER 9000?!
But seriously, 30,000 texts? Think about how long it would take type 30k messages over MSN. Probably a month, if you're doing it with 1-4 people at a regular pace. Now multiply that time by 10, because it takes so damn long to text. As you can see, it would PROBABLY take her just about a year to make 30k texts at an average rate. Or, she could just sit there texting 24/7 and get the same results in 1 month.

You quote me, yet you do not read my post? It's quite possible, but why would anyone be arsed to do such a silly thing. UNLESS, she typed "Boobies, LOL" and sent it to her entire contacts list.

My iPhone bill was an inch thick. They send me a text message stating that this tree-genocidal attrocity will no longer ensue. We'll be getting simplified bills from now on.
Also, it's very very easy to text on the damn thing. Imagine dialing or texting on your cellphone, but instead of actually pressing the damn thing, you simply tap it very lightly. I can easily do 30-40 WPM on my iPhone.

You completely missed the point of the video, didn't you?
Anyways, the 30,000 text messages isn't too surprising to me, but what a waste of paper sending a bill like that. Do they think the bimbo really cares about the breakdown of her bill? If she's paid for an iPhone, she obviously doesn't mind paying whatever she has to for stupid crap.

Damn sophisticated bills. I haven't ever seen a cell phone bill over an A4 page long. They just write down the basics. How many minutes talked, how many text messages sent(Incoming SMS-s don't cost here). And how many kb's use etc. If you want to know it call by call, you check it in the internet. Haven't they ever, before now thought that sending 300 pages long bills isn't a very smart action?
I got 4,000 text messages my last bill. :facts:
I'll go for her record next month
But yea, Cingular shows you every text, call, the day and time, how much each cost, how much data was sent, to what number, etc etc.
..Which is especially useful if you're a parent and you're trying to monitor you're child's phone usage :argh:

Wouldn't that also mean she's a demon with her fingers? she can probably put that shit out like crazy.

Obviously nobody in this thread regularly texts on a phone..
It doesn't take 30 seconds to type out a text; unless you're writing a seven page-r
Most messages to people are "hey what are you doing?", or something like "I just bought a ____!!!", and even "awesome" or other one word texts. I mean, I just looked at a clock, I text-typed "Hey bobby, what are you doing?" in 4 seconds on my phone.
And it's very easy to text people throughout the day, because you can talk to people around you and text at the same time.. and you can text several people at once, so if you have 5 conversations going on with 5 people.. they add up real quickly.
So redo the math..
Circa 1k texts a day.. If you type a 10 second texts.. That's around 2.7 hours all together of texting.. with 8 hours a sleep, you're awake 16 hours a day.. You're basically just sending a text every 6 minutes
And that's not hard at all :indiff:

But still quite silly.
I just figured she lacked the appropriate hand-eye coördination to type that fast, guess I'm just blondecist, if that's even a word.
Haha
She's a girl. You should assume she talks wayyyyyyyyy too much in the first place
I started the McLink thing you thief!:argh: As far as I know...
But yes, she probably texted and talked all day and night.

Maybe I am crazy, but I really find it hard to be convinced that sending such a huge bill is so bad. Perhaps I should rephrase that: I think someone that wastes their time sending 30 THOUSAND text messages in one month will not be able to persuade me that something someone else does is crazy. I also call BS on the shipping charge. It was sent priority mail, which only costs me 2-4 dollars to ship smaller computer parts through.
Seriously, though, 30,000 messages? On a device that you have to open another "keyboard" just to get normal punctuation marks and numbers? *shudder*

Holy Shit. That's ridiculous. You can tell she's a spoilt girl from a rich family though, so she probably could afford that every month. Also, the iPhone is not worth the shit it's encased in. It's a gadget, not a phone. Apple should stick to iPods and Macs.

How in the name of your prefered creator could you possibly send 30.000 text messages in a month? I doubt i've sent anywhere near that many in my entire lifetime.
