Thats the inside of my laptop.

Why is 1 making such a noise all of a sudden?

What is 2, and why is that getting so hot?

What are all the other numbered parts?

See thats what i thought. but after clearing it out (which is why it's like that) it still does it.

You should be concerned if 2 is not getting hot since it is part of the heatsink. 2 is the pipe used to lead heat from the processor into the fan which can remove it. There is no definitive guide as to why your fan is running louder. It would be that your processor is running much more or getting more voltage and producing more heat, or it would be that you have a gear stripped in the fan.

My suggestion is either deal with it or get a new laptop.

Your fan is probably offbalance or the ballbearings have junk in them.

As for 2 like beefynick said, that is the heatsink tube, it should be hot.

3 looks like either the ram or the onboard wireless card.

5 is the heatsink itself, 4 looks like a heatsink ontop of something else, 6 is just part of the circuit board, if you didn't take anything off of that spot don't worry about it.

Buy a can of compressed air and just blast the fuck out of your CPU fan at every angle. It's the best way of clearing dust out of your computer and doesn't generate any static like a tissue or something else would. No chance of damaging anything. I can't guarantee it'll fix it 100% - the gunk might be in a hard to reach place - but it's everything you can do.
