For the past year or so I've recorded a handful of little guitar tracks and made a myspace. Check it out and comment.

The first song isn't done and has major issues, as do my titles.
"drift on" and the "blank summer" thing are the better ones I think.

And still the robots fight
Well, it's pretty random and as you said, not done, but as it kicks into 1:25 or something it sounds a bit better, but still not good enough in my opinion, sounds mostly like you're just fooling around. 4/10

Drift on
You should add this one to "And still the robots fight", as some sort of background noise, or add some of what you got going into "Drift on". 6/10

Yeah
This one is slightly better, you seem to have a trend going though with some sort of mellow laidback tune going on, just to end with highscreeching guitar. 6/10

A 500 shadow by 430
This is more of my taste, more guitarsound to it, sounds... I dont know, kinda like something the band Kyuss would do :) The end solo (or what you want to call it) sounds a bit off though, but so far your best piece. 8/10

Blank summer dream
This could've been better if you let the lead guitar be a little cleaner, you got some nice talent and creativity though, your lead guitar skills maybe aint the best, but you sure know how to get a good riff going :) I'll give this piece... 8.5/10

Thanks for the critique. Most of my stuff on there is kinda old, and it all needs polishing. My guitar has improved somewhat and most of the songs are just variations on a theme. The Robots intro was sorta meant to be random, thus the frequency shifter, but it needs mad work.

50 million year trip-kyuss, well he says a tiny few lyrics but the start is classic, asteroid kyuss again, like the way it goes through all these cool transitions,stage III kyuss again, it sounds like your getting hit on the head with a bass guitar, alice in chains, whale and wasp-short n sweet, orion- metallica, the best instrumental of all time imo

I don't like Unfinished, Yeah or Robots.

I really like Drift On and Blank Summer Dream. Do more like that.

500 shadow is pretty good.
