There were several complaints coming from the men's in a Minnesota airport restroom, of a guy, you know, performing sexual acts. So there was this police officer that came to investigate and see what was going on. He went inside the restroom stall, to investigate. And what did he find? A man peeking through a crack in the bathroom wall! Wow! After a couple of minutes, that man went into the bathroom stall beside the officer's and you know, showed signs of lewd conduct, tapping his feet, swiping his hand under the stall, yeah. Turns out the guy was a US Senator.


According to the police report, at one point Craig handed the plainclothes sergeant who arrested him a business card that identified him as a U.S. Senator and said, "What do you think about that?"

Man, thats one badass motherfucker.


EDIT: Oh fuck, right, the news. He pleaded guilty about 2-3 days ago, apologized and all that shit, yeah.

He's from good ol' Idaho which is right next door so the news has been plastered everywhere here in the Washington papers. It's actually pretty hilarious because he pleaded guilty and like 2 days later said "Hey guyz. I'm not gay. It was an accident."

Not only that but he's one of those strict Republicans who doesn't support gay rights so it has caused quite a scandal around here.

By the way, you forget to say that he went into the adjoining stall and played footsie (or '"sensual foreplay" as the undercover officer called it) with the officer.

I'm really itching to see how this turns out.

Either way, he gets screwed. The GOP probably ruined their chances for reclaiming the Senate in 08 as well. It seems like they get most of the scandal.

I mean, at least the Lewinski affair made sense. She was kinda hot.
