Alright here we go

I need a program that can rip the audio from a video.
If the program could edit the said video into segmants aswell that would be the tits. (The video is a VRO file)

Any reccomendations?

For audio extraction you could try AoA Extractor (http://www.aoamedia.com/audioextractor.htm) (Freeware). As for Video Editing, I would just try finding a video converter and converting it to a file type like AVI or WMV and then just using Windows Movie Maker (which should already be on your computer if you're running XP or higher).

You will have to convert the .VRO file to a more manageable file type such as AVI (which I would recommend). Once you have it in a more manageable file type do a Google search for AVI sound extractor. There are so many programs out there that are free and work, just use which ever one you are comfortable with.
