I've been trying to put my face on his body for about an hour now; I got the size and position pretty much perfect, but it just doesn't look right. I've been adjusting the hue/saturation for ages but it just doesn't seem to fit, I tried merging down and then blurring the left side so it looked like the neck was joining but it looked really obvious. Any advice?

Your head is too small for the body, your head is on the wrong angle to the body. You should've taken the photo of your head from top/down. Also, you need to move your head slightly to the left and put a greyish hue over your face, particularly around the chin area to mix with the neck colour.
Also, people with such feminine faces don't work with masculine bodies.

Ok I tried your advice InTransit: I made the head a little bigger, I moved it a little to the right but tried to keep it lined up with where the actual guy's head was, and I added a faint gray hue. It's subtle, but it looks a little better than the former. -Still sort of an obvious shop though

The side of your face has melted to his neck.

The head is way too small for the neck.

Get a different picture, the shadows on the face and body are way too different.

Or the rest of the picture smaller.
