I have a Wacom Graphire Table model CTE-440. Just a few moments ago I was drawing something with it. First I noticed it was a little odd, then pen wasn't responding well to the tablet. I connected it to my other USB port. It worked fine for a while but then it suddenly stopped working. Connecting it on the other port didn't help. I checked my ports with other hardware and they worked fine. I reconnected the table and now the blue light that is supposed to permanently stay on is now flashing slowly at constant beats and doesn't respond at all to the pencil.
Can anyone help me out?

Maybe the connection between the tablet and the cord went a bit funky? Happened to my Graphire3, but thankfully it was still under warranty.

I didn't touch anything it just stopped working. I've had it for a while now and the warranty is run out.

Try blowing into the USB of the tablet and reconnecting. For whatever reason sometimes it works. If you've had it for a while now, it might just be time to get a new one.

Yep it was toast. I ordered a new one.
Thanks for the advice though.
