The new Facebook. (http://www.new.facebook.com)
I hadn't realised there was a "new" Facebook until someone mentionned it on another forum.
What do you guys think about the new Facebook layout ?
I personally like it better than the old one. At first it seems a bit complicated, but I quickly realised that it wasn't that much different. Also, I find it load profiles a lot faster because you don't have the 134 applications opening up on the same page.

I'm not seeing a difference here. Is it just me or what?

Upper left corner in your profile. It should say: "The new Facebook is here. Try it now."
And you should be able to click on it.

I have mixed feelings about it. At first I really didn't like it, but I didn't switch back to the old version because my theory is if I use it enough I'll learn to love it. So yeah... I'm sort of getting used to it.

I guess you get used to it. I liked having a few select applications on my profile, now they're off somewhere no one's ever going to look. I guess it's a change we'll have to get used to, good or bad, but I don't know if it was necessary.
Plus the old facebook was more compact in terms of window size:think: But maybe it's just my obsession to keep the window as small as possible.

Whoa. This is really weird. I liked the older one way better.
I liked having a few select applications on my profile, now they're off somewhere no one's ever going to look.
My thoughts exactly. So much for having C&H right there for everyone to see.

There are a few things that I liked better about the old one: I liked the separation of the "wall" and "mini-feed". Honestly, I don't care about the "mini-feed". I'd rather keep the wall and ditch that. I also liked that I could just minimize (and for myself, not add said applications) the applications if I didn't like them. And for things like bumper stickers, I like seeing them all, and now? I only see one... The new one isn't hard to navigate - they did a good job as far as that goes. I just don't like what they did with the wall, mini-feed, and some of the applications. I find that hard to get used to.
For me, it's the old one all the way... until they get rid of it.

I hated it. I don't take well to change.

I might of liked it if they didn't fuck with profiles so much, it just doesn't even seem like Facebook with the new layout.

Doesn't seem like progress to me, but it will probably grow on me, like a fungus.

Ew, its just like myspace now. Its pretty ugly, I'll never change.

I could probably get used to it if I used it but I'm far too lazy to take the time and find everything. And it's pretty ugly so I'm not going to make the change.

I'm trying to force it on me to see if it'll grow on me but so far I don't like it. I liked being able to see everyone's status updates without having to manually open the page with them on. I just like being nosy

I much prefer the old, the new doesn't resize for smaller screens. I hate having to horizontal scroll when using my eeepc.

Nevermind my first post. After really using the new one, I think it's shit.
Fuck it, I'm switching back to the old one.

Wow, you guys. I'm I, like, one of only a few people who actually like it? I mean, it's more accesible, it's more clean! I hate the old facebook how there are so many applications on just one profile. So many sometimes that it take so freakin' long to even load their page!
It's scary and I dislike it. It seems like facebook is copying myspace which was already copying facebook and that's just dumb.

Homepage is better, profiles are STILL pretty crap (better than the last crap though)
Why does Facebook suck so badly at webpage designs?
I really don't understand how people could have EVER liked the old version, this is many times better than the horrible thing i registered to 2 years ago.
p.s. you can place your applications on the default profile view from the few profiles of my friends i have seen.
