Yes, scenes that make you stop breathing and blinking your eyes, what can you recommend?
Right now, I can remember 3 movies that have this.
"The Good, the Bad and the Ugly" - in the mexican standoff scene, I could REALLY feel the stress and the inevitability of the situation.
"The Thing" - the paranoia was in the air for pretty much whole second half of the movie.
"Alien" - not so much as the previous two, but still pretty nice.
