OK Talk about Apatow n' Co. here, because they are the comedy of this generation!

Apatow n Co include but are limited to: Judd Apatow, Leslie Mann, Seth Rogen, Jason Segal, Martin Starr, Jonah Hill, Bill Hader, James Franco.

People he has worked with but are not exactly regulars: Steve Carrel, David Krumholtz, Craig Robinson, Micheal Cera.

People who he associates with (ie, produces movies for) are: Will Farrel, Jon C Reily, Adam Sandler

Talk about the good, the bad, and the great. Your favorite actors, your least favorite, etc.

I am a huge Apatow junkie by the way.

Seth Rogen is probably my favorite, seeing as Knocked Up was my favorite Apatow movie, with Superbad being a close second, and Jonah Hill being a close second actor-wise.

Although I only consider a few movies a part of the Apatow-canon, he has produced a lot of movies with Will Ferrel, and I guess those were O.K too. But when he's working on a project he gets it right.

I consider Will Ferrel and the whole "Frat Pack" as they've come to be known as the ones before Apatow n' Co. took over as the next big guys, since Ferrel had funny shit before like Old School and Talladega Nights but's starting to pump out crap. So I feel like this is a new era of comedy of kings spinning off of them that may unfortunately fizz out within a decade or so.

I love Rogen, but I feel like he's more of a piece of an ensemble than a front-runner as he seems to be now, maybe because he was just that in 40 Year Old Virgin that I saw him in first. He's clearly an awesome writer, though. Jonah Hill plays a great asshole as well, I'll just throw that out there. Paul Rudd and Bill Hader are probably my favorites for some reason.

What I love most about it is how they take no-name actors and reuse them until they grow into big stars. That's just great.

I think they're all fantastic. You can't beat 40 Year Old Virgin though because that was just a great film and it was really just an ensemble piece when it comes to the "Apatow" group. I love the movies and I always look forward to seeing new ones.

I love his movies. The general craziness but realistic (except for Pineapple Express) type of films. They always have to use the word 'fuck' at least 50 times in a movie, it seems.

I definitely would say that I love Apatow's movies, and even his TV shows before he got super famous (Freaks and Geeks, Undeclared). My favorite actor out of his bunch would definitley be Paul Rudd; it's almost saddening that he hasn't been the front-runner of any of Apatow's films yet, he's only been the side-kick.

I remember first watching Freaks and Geeks when I was in the fourth grade back when it was first on. I loved it immensely and was glad to see it back when they showed reruns on ABC family a few years later. Seeing how I was like 8, I've enjoyed the whole lot of them from a while. Getting to watch all of these movies with my old favorites with them is great. The films are hilarious. I can only hope that they continue going strong.
