I second this one. This is the only game I remember playing for dreamcast since it was so goddammed amazing.

If you're into RPGs/TBSs, then Skies of Arcadia (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Skies_of_Arcadia) is awesome.

It actually was, if you're serious about being serious.

Both Jet Grind Radio and Skies of Arcadia are a must, they're actually my two favorite games. I wish the Dreamcast had done better :(
Though, the later releases of both those games were good as well and they fixed the minor annoyances with SoA (as in every 5 feet you get a random fight).

I also agree with this. It's a solid fighting game.

Worms Armageddon and Sonic Adventure 1.
Definitely sonic adventure one, and this is on alot of consoles but me and my brother always had fun with House of the Dead 2
I always used to play Red Dog: Superior Firepower (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Red_Dog:_Superior_Firepower). It was so badass at the time, but I don't know how it would hold up today.

Only game I ever remember seeing on it was Crazy Taxi. No idea if it was any good or not though.

Shemnue and Jet set grind radio. Both are really great and underrated and Jet has a kick ass soundtrack.

Phantasy star online is a great game for the Dreamcast. Its also available for gamecube but phantasy star universe will be a waste of your money.

Seriously, play Skies of Arcadia, on the Gamecube version instead of the Dreamcast if you have to. Great storyline, great music, fun game.

Crazi Taxi is good for some short bursts of amusements. Unfortunately (or maybe fortunately), the soundtrack consists of just seven songs, all of them Offspring or Bad Religion. Simply amazing.

Definitely would have to add the original Soul Calibur to the mix.

I don't usually play FPS games in a hardcore manner, but did Dreamcast have any good ones? My friend just gave me his console, I just have to buy the cables and accesories and shit.
EDIT: Actually, didn't Dreamcast have a lot of good Lightgun games? :aaa:

Resident Evil: Code Vernoica (should have been RE3) was a fun game when it was a Dreamcast exclusive. Also, Cannon Spike was an awesome game made by Capcom that featured their trademark characters and played in vein of Smash TV.
