Ever talk about a movie (generally shitty) but have no idea what it was called? Can only remember a few vague scenes and have no idea who was in it? Well here, use this thread!



My movie is a movie about a duckman (a man that is a duck?) that does.. stuff... I really can't remember what happens in this movie but there was a scene where his girlfriend gets kidnapped by a guy in a mac truck. And I think he does something with roaches? Maybe? I always thought it was called Duckman, but everybody just says "no, that was a cartoon, asshole!" So I gave up in real life and now I'm counting on you, internet!

I can only remember one story this movie. It's one of those 3 story horror movies, possibly a Tales from the Crypt movies. In the story, some guy sees this monster thing and it like kills someone, and it makes a deal with him to spare his life if he tells no one about what he saw. He agrees, then falls in love with some woman he met right after the shit happens. A few years later he has a kid with her and then he tells her what really happened that night and it turns out she's the monster and she turns and kills him. The son is also a monster. Help!!!

There was a dad and two sons and one day the dad went crazy and thought that God wanted him to kill people who were "demons" or whatever. And then when God gave him a "sign" he would kill someone who he thought was a demon and he tried to force his sons to kill the people with them, but the oldest son knew that what his dad was doing was wrong and tried to call the cops on him.

You might be thinking of SuperCop. Jackie put out a hell of a lot of movies, one a year since the early 70's, sometimes two in the same year. I don't think all of them made it to North America though.

Alright, I remember seeing this film when I was young but don't remember ANY of the details, let's see what I can describe.

There is a huge robot walker that looks like a Transformer, it's either blue or grey and it resembles either a Spider or a Scorpion and I think there was some scenes towards the beginning that it transports (important?) people, when it is shown walking it is walking over sand.

Later, someone takes over it and decides to do bad things with it because a small group of people have to go to either some government base or some random place in the sand (I wish I could remember) to get another one that actually stands up and walks.

They fight, both standing on two legs, and the second one (The good one, I presume) wins.

That's all I remember, it looks like it's from the 80s and shot with the camera that Mel Brooks used in Blazing Saddles, which I think most films in the 80s were shot with.

So the movie I can't remember takes place in the summer where this blonde chic goes to work in a really rich and upscale summer club or beach club. I guess she was comitted because she meets with the psychiatrist or something like that and ow she was released.

This rich brunette that is miss popular and tries to set up the blonde for killing her sister when really the brunette did it. oh and no one even knew the sister was dead because the brunette, the girl's sister, would send postcards to the family from all different locations impersonating her sister and making it seem like she just ran away and was traveling now. There was this one scene in the end where the blonde figures out what the brunette did and that the brunette's sister is actually buried on the club's ground in the forest.

This one should be pretty easy.
It's a comedy about Bowling, I'd say 90s, the main character is really good at bowling and for some reason or another some guys jump him whilst he's practicing and stuff his hand into one of those Ball-return thingies. He loses his hand and gives up bowling.
I remember at the end of the movie there was a really big tornament where lots of people entered but the final just ended up with the main character and his rival going One-on-One. The Bad-guy's bowling ball was clear with a full size rose in the middle, and toward the end of the competition his Comb-over lifted up.

I believe some hospital kind of thing is taking care of him, and this psychologist is hired(The psychologist was retired or some shit) to find out if something is wrong about the boy. Everything on the outside seems like he is perfectly capable of living life like a normal person, but I believe he sneaks out a some point to a party, and end up murdering someone.
Oh, and he falls in love with someones child I think, possibly the psychologists. There might've been a theme of incest in the movie aswell, but I might be mixing movies together now.

I can only remember one story this movie. It's one of those 3 story horror movies, possibly a Tales from the Crypt movies. In the story, some guy sees this monster thing and it like kills someone, and it makes a deal with him to spare his life if he tells no one about what he saw. He agrees, then falls in love with some woman he met right after the shit happens. A few years later he has a kid with her and then he tells her what really happened that night and it turns out she's the monster and she turns and kills him. The son is also a monster. Help!!!

That could have been Dinotopia (http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0560738/), but since you didn't say the dinosaurs talked which would have been a huge clue... My money is on Land of the Lost Either the 1974 (http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0071005/) which ran for three seasons, or the 1991 (http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0101130/) version which only ran for one season. Personally I always felt the Dinotopia books, and subsequent show, to be a poor rip off of the land of the lost shows.

There was a film I watched years ago, I've been trying to find out what it was, maybe this thread can help.

Basically, it involved a bunch of people in a house, and one of them was a killer. One of the deaths involved someone getting locked into a hot tub and repeatedly stabbed with an electronic drill through the plastic cover (which locked them into it).

At the end someone starts bleeding.

She then discovers that the boy is actually her brother. But when the movie ends, her parents and herself are walking back to the car like if nothing happened.

I can't really give many details about this one since I only have a vague recollection of it other than I thought it was really interesting. It was mentioned in a thread on this forum a while back (Though I'm not sure how far back because I can't, for the life of me, find it anywhere on here). I'm not even sure if it was released yet, but a video if it was posted. It was an animated film, I think through stop-motion, or at least something that looked similar. The character models were all realistic though obviously scaled down, so they looked a bit ugly. I don't remember much about the plot except that the main character was a relatively young guy and the scenes shown in the trailer were rather surreal (I think the guy sprouts angel's wings at some point) and it seemed like a really artsy sort of film. Sorry if I can't think of anymore details. Trying to remember this movie is just killing me.

I have one:

I watched it on television in the early 90s, it was about a family with an autistic son who move into a new house in a new town. There was a guy with a huge birthmark on his face and everyone said he was crazy. The autistic boy begins to see ghosts.

In the end it turns out that the police had murdered two children years ago, and they were the ghosts. The man with the birthmark had witnessed the murder and the police were trying to keep him quiet by telling everyone he was crazy. The dad ends up killing the police man in a cave.

When I was a kid, I walked into my parents room and saw a movie that, at the time, scarred me. The image of the scene that was burned into my nightmares is still crisp in my mind today. I never asked what it was called. All I can remember from this one scene is that there was a guy, and another guy stuck a knife through the bottom of his jaw up through his mouth....It was really really graphic, and I think I want to find out the title of this movie out of years of curiosity. Oh man you guys are good. I've been searching for YEARS to find out anything about this movie. Its about this boy who tries to impress this gang (I think its a gang?) and so he tries to write on this wall down in a massive sewer pipe. Little does he know, he has to cross the raging water in the bottom of the pipe, all the while is the pipe behind him which at anytime could burst out with water. Anyways, he crosses it and somehow falls off into the water. He wakes up in a mystical land and comes across something like Elemental Kangaroos or something similar and they each have control over the Chinese elements: Wood, Metal, Fire, Water and Earth.

The mom takes a step back and is creamed by a car traveling down the road...The boy MIGHT have given a sinister little smile at that point, I just remember alot more people died, and the little boy ended up being the murderer or something along those lines. I want to say after that scene, the rest of the movie took place at a motel in the middle of nowhere...

Anyway I remember it landing on some guy. It was king of reminiscent of the scene in The Return of the King when the Nazgul is on Theoden.

The movie starts off as a Father, Mother, and child are driving in a desertlike area. Something happens to the car that makes them pull over to the side and the parents get out with the boy in the back seat still. While the dad is checking under the hood, the mom tries to entertain her little boy standing on the outside of the car window. She places her hand on the glass, and the boy does the same but jumps back kind of weirded out. The mom takes a step back and is creamed by a car traveling down the road...The boy MIGHT have given a sinister little smile at that point, I just remember alot more people died, and the little boy ended up being the murderer or something along those lines. I want to say after that scene, the rest of the movie took place at a motel in the middle of nowhere...

Ok, I have a few movies. All of them are from when I was young, so they're vague and my descriptions might be off.

First one has the Ewoks from Star Wars in it, it's about a little girl whose parents are killed, I think? I think they crash landed on a planet. Anyways, I remember a crow being in it, and a woman with a white horse.

Next one I can only remember a scene or two, a man running through a dark forest trying to hide from this beast thing, kind of like a werewolf, I think it is storming. Next scene I remember is the man in a giant's castle and I think the giant catches him, but he manages to escape? Totally random but I'm pretty sure it's the same movie.

This one I can barely remember at all. It was a really strange movie that I did not understand at the time, all I can recall is that the characters seemed to be in this weird place that had circular white rooms or strange hallways, there were wind-up toys I believe, I think at the end there was a conflict with guns and I kind of think Bill Murray might be in it. Horrible description, I could just be remembering it completely wrong :/

Last one, this one has really been killing me. It's a cartoon movie, and at the beginning there is a house that catches on fire and a mother dog and her puppy try to escape. I think the mother dog ends up dying and the puppy is left alone, that's all I remember.

For the life of me I cannot remember the name of this movie. From what I remember it's about a group of friends who accidentally kill someone in high school and push the body in a car into a lake, and then years later there's an investigation opens up when the car is pulled out of the lake. One of the friends is a priest, who in the end shoots a mirror then shoots the guy that killed back in high school.

That sounds really similar to Breathing Room, where 13 people are held prisoner in a room, they are given clues and start getting killed off. Difference is there's no money involved and in the end The girl lived, but it turns out she worked for a company that's doing this, and she was only an actor. She moved on into another room, pretending to be a confused prisoner.

Mine is a horror movie, all I can remember is this one part where this guy is taking a shit and he hears knocking on the B-room door and says "mom, im taking a shit", then the murderer bashes the door open and knifes him through the news paper he was reading. After, his mom comes upstairs only to find her son being stangled by his own intestins, while on the toilet. I know this all sounds silly, but I do remember that part. I think it was an independant film if that helps.

I don't think she ends up in an insane asylum at the end but that movie sounds an awful lot like Haute Tension/High Tension (http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0338095/). It's a French film. Did it involve 2 girls going to visit one of their families?

Hi Everyone, I've been wanting to figure out the following movie that I remember from over a decade ago.

It begins with a New York (I believe) Hispanic couple having sex while their neighbors are listening and heckling them from the street. While having sex, the husband keeps looking at the clock, timing how long they can last for. Eventually, I think that the wife finds out that her husband is cheating and leaves him and takes the kids. She proceeds to make money by trying to become a model, even tho her ex ridicules her for it. While at an audition, she mentioned to another woman with croocked teeth that her sister straightened her teeth by putting braces on the back of her teeth, so no one would notice. Anyways, in the end, the husband sees the err of his ways, and everyone lives happily ever after.

There was this movie, no one was able to get pregnant, but some african chick did. They tried to capture her, the main character was this white guy. In one scene they are being chased by a bunch of people, the van is in reverse, some guy drives after them on a motorcycle and shoots his wife in the neck, killing her. They go to some safe house, where the people they think are good secretly plan on turning the pregnant chick into the bad guys. That's all I remember.

I remember this movie long ago, I think I was around 7 or 8. It had to do with this demons or critters underground. At one point it took place at a carnival and there was a dunk tank, a clown got knocked into it with one of the critters and was getting eaten or something by it. At another point this kid fell into this deep hole and the monsters tried dragging him into their cave or something. I really cannot remember much of it but it's been bugging me for so long.

It has one of the greatest scenes I've seen in any movie. You should know it when you get to it. The ending is kinda meh but it's one of my favorite films.
