Sounds a little high, but, to be honest, I'd say yeah; I don't know a lot about laptops, but, the specs are pretty nice. 1k is about the right price for a laptop so I'd say you're set.

Way too over-priced. Mine has a better video card and more RAM and I got it for $1.100. I'd say keep looking.

I am buying this in N.Z though and prices are usually more expensive.

Why on earth would you need over 3 GBs of RAM?

Given that Australia & New Zealand get ripped off on computers, yeah, that is a pretty good deal, and Dells are decent computers.

If you want it for gaming, I'd go for at least 512MB on the video card. Also, and anyone please correct me if I'm wrong, but I don't think it's usually a good idea to mix RAM sizes like that. I could be mistaken though.

Get better ram to begin with, 667 mhz is pretty bad. Go for 800mhz.
