Right now in the Marvel comic series Wolverine, there is an on going story set fifty years into a future where the bad guys are in charge, the heroes are dead, and Wolverine has completely lost his will to fight. He has settled on a simple farm life with his wife and two children a in the place that a one time was California, where he does his best to pay his rent to Bruce Banner's (The Incredible Hulk for less avid fans) grand children. Its currently two issues into the story, and the third should be out withing a few days. I'd like to know what anyone else who has become hooked to this amazing take on the future in the Marvel universe thinks about this story.
Wolverine will win in the end. Think it's a great story.

I haven't heard about it before now but it sounds interesting. I'll have to check it out next time I take a trip into town.
With Wolverine in mind who else is reading the Wolverine Origins series? I downloaded the first couple issues and ended up going out and buying them all the next day and reading them that night. I'm completely hooked on that one, I can't wait to find out what's going to happen between Wolverine and Daken now that Daken has no memory.
Shame I have to wait until the end of the month to find out.

I too follow the Origins story, I'll start a thread about it soon. I just got my hands in part three of Old Man Logan, and I gotta say Hawkeye is more of a bad ass now then he ever was in previous features, but I think Logan's finally gonna become Wolverine again in the next issue.
