View Full Version : Funniest Arrest Ever
Or at least I think so.
Article Here (http://www.todaystmj4.com/news/local/9426011.html)
This amuses the hell out of me.
Do you think they should both be charged? If not, who is the guilty one?
Also, have you heard of any other funny arrests in your area?

Haha.
I think they both should be charged.
Steering guy for steering related hazards and gas guy for brake/speed limit type hazards.

They should both be taken into a small room and slapped around for a good five minutes.

Harvey J. Miller, 43, who has no legs, steered the 1985 Chevrolet truck while Edwin H. Marzinske, 55, operated the brake and gas pedals, according to a report from the Colby/Abbotsford police.
Why wouldn't the guy operating the gas pedals just drive?? Unless he had no arms or something...

They were drunk. Logic generally flies out the window after enough liquor.

Wow, that was most certainly the most entertaining arrest I have heard about in some time. But they should both be charged for sure, there is no way that it should just be one.
Why do I not hear about stuff like that around where I live?

How did the guy with no legs have a license to be revoked?

Most drunk driving cases that make it in to the news are laughable.

Exactly what I was thinking. Unless Miller and Marzinske always drive that way, but this time they just happened to be drunk.
Those guys deserve a medal and an official pardon from the Queen.

This reminds me of a new story from here. A blind dude drove around, while he's friends guided him by telling where to turn. Didn't run into anything. And it was like his 3rd car or something that was taken away when it hit the news :indiff: .
But damn, they were lucky, if that noleg guy would've hit something, they'd both be nolegs probably. Funny as hell tho.

Haha. And I can see how that would've seemed like such a good idea at the time.

I didn't know Larry Craig was legless.

Man with no arms combines with man with no legs to create MAN WHO DRIVES TRUCK!
Coming to you summer of 2008.
I have afunny arrest story.
lol.
It actually happened to me.
When my friend and I walked up to Safeway at like 2 am and while we were walking around, we ate a donut. I bought like 4 bags of chips, energy drinks, jones soda; all in all, about $20 worth of shit.
As we walk out of the store, the security guards literally tackle me to the ground, handcuff me and send me to jail for a night.
Bull fucking shit.
They took my food, too. 'Evidence'.

When you think about it, a legless person is better for prison. What prisoner wouldn't be slightly intimidated by someone who's cock is longer than their legs?

Well I guess it's less intimidating when they fall over.

Thats a pretty good one I must say. The only thing that could be better is if the guy working the petals didnt have any arms. Now that would be great.
The third guy should get in trouble for being a pussy.

That would be hilarious. Why wouldn't the third guy drive? He was drunk too, but probably had arms and legs.

Atleast the legless guy didn't drive to a strip club.
Those things are dangerous for them folks.
