Random update and shoutouts and stuff

I've got some random stuff that I've been needing to share with you guys, and it's kind of piled up due to lack of updates. Bear with me for a sec.

First of all, I promised a guy back at Comic-Con (http://www.comic-con.org/) that if he purchased and wore every single one of the eleven t-shirt designs (http://www.splitreason.com/explosm/) we were selling, we'd put him on the front page.

So here he is.

The best part is a few weeks ago I got a PM from him. He says the t-shirts are too big and he wants to exchange them all for mediums. Heh. Right.

Moving on.

I don't normally link to other webcomics, so when I do you better believe it's some of the funniest shit I've ever seen. There's two comics I'm gonna shamelessly plug, and you're going to read them and be grateful.

The first is Dr. McNinja (http://drmcninja.com/). It reads more like an actual comic book, so it may take some adjusting to for our Ritalin-popping spastic C&H fanbase, but I promise you once you get into the storyline its some of the greatest stuff ever. It's the kind of stuff Michelangelo would have written if he wrote about vampires and velociraptors. Or if he was a writer at all.

The second is Saturday Morning Breakfast Cereal (http://www.smbc-comics.com/). The guy who writes this made a surprise visit to our booth at Comic-Con, and it turns out he likes our stuff as much as I like his. Saturday Morning Breakfast Cereal (or SMBC as they call it on the street) is updated daily and it's part of my daily routine, right between coffee and second coffee.

That's all for now. As far as in-house stuff, Dave and I are working on a new short. It's epic. It's not even really a short. It's a... long?
