Actually there was a case about this, it was very controversial too, the topic of males being raped.
But they can be, just because he is aroused does not mean he wants to have sex with you. In cases of rape, with women, they were known to be aroused, rapist sometimes do this to confuse the victim into thinking they wanted it. So yes, you can rape a male.
Also drugging the victim could work.
